PHILADELPHIA - The parents of a 2-year-old who died of liver failure after being given recalled Children's Tylenol are suing Johnson & Johnson, McNeil PPC Inc. and their executives, accusing them of conducting "phantom" recalls. Moore v. Johnson & Johnson, et al., No. 11120365 (Pa. Comm. Pls. Ct., Phila. Cty.).
