MUSKOGEE, Okla.-The plaintiff in the first Accutane products liability lawsuit to reach a verdict will appeal the jury's decision that the drug did not cause her to suffer from depression. Gray v. Hoffman-La Roche Inc. et al., No. CIV-01-493-S (E.D. La.).

The notice of appeal was filed June 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma and will be brought before the Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
