BATON ROUGE, La. - A Louisiana federal judge has vacated the court's earlier denial of a stay sought by defendants in a hip implant case and said he would stay the case to allow the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to determine if the case should be transferred to the DePuy ASR MDL in Ohio. Joseph, et al. v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. 11-0659-BAJ-CN (M.D. La.).
