Pennsylvania Woman Files First Nationwide Class Action Lawsuit for Individuals Taking Prempro

PHILADELPHIA-A Pennsylvania woman filed what is believed to be the first nationwide class action lawsuit against the manufacturers of Prempro just days after a study designed to evaluate the overall risks and benefits of the drug was abruptly brought to an end. Bloch, et al., v. Wyeth, No. 07-02-001542 (Phila. Co. Comm. Pl.).
