Federal Appeals Court Upholds Decision for Suppression of Expert Witness' Testimony

ATLANTA-The decision of a district court to grant summary judgment and preclude the testimony of five expert witnesses has been upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in a ruling that stated the court correctly applied the precedents of the Daubert trilogy in a Paroldel products liability lawsuit.
