MINNEAPOLIS - A Minnesota state judge has consolidated seven pelvic mesh device injury cases, finding that they "all flow from a similar set of facts arising out of the design, manufacture, and sale of implantable medical devices used to assist in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence and vaginal prolapse." McNatt, et al., v. American Medical Systems Inc., No. 27CV11-3933 (Minn. Dist. Ct., Hennepin Cty.).
