WASHINGTON, D.C. - A man who claims the hair loss drug Propecia causes erectile dysfunction has asked the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to centralize and transfer all Propecia cases to the Eastern District of New York or the Western District of Washington for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings.
