PORTLAND, Ore. - An Oregon federal judge has denied Stryker summary judgment on claims that it marketed its pain pump for intra-articular use despite knowing that it could cause chondrolysis, ruling that issues of fact exist as to whether Stryker had such knowledge at the time of the plaintiff's surgery. Warner v. Stryker Corp., No. 08-6368 (D. Ore.).
