ATLANTA - A Georgia federal judge has granted Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. summary judgment on claims that its cancer drugs Aredia and Zometa caused a woman to contract osteonecrosis of the jaw and undergo tooth extractions. Eberhart v. Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., No. 1:08-2542 (N.D. Ga.).
