GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A Michigan federal judge has dismissed fraud claims brought against the makers of the psoriasis drug Raptiva on the basis that they allege fraud on the Food and Drug Administration, a Michigan federal judge has ruled. Blair v. Genentech Inc., et al., No. 11-482 (W.D. Mich.).
