NEW ORLEANS - U.S. District Judge Martin L.C. Feldman has granted defense motions to stay proceedings in two Louisiana DePuy ASR hip implant cases pending transfer to the federal MDL, saying that plaintiffs' pending motions for remand can be resolved by the transferee judge. Colvin v. DePuy Orthopaedics Inc., et al., No. 11-2222; Rizk v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. 11-2272 (E.D. La.).
