BUFFALO, N.Y. - A New York federal judge has stayed three DePuy ASR hip implant actions that were on a conditional transfer list for assignment to the MDL pending in the Northern District of Ohio. Backert v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. 11-00797; Borrino v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. 11-00798; and Thompson, et al. v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. 11-00799 (N.D. N.Y.).
