Judge Denies Motion to File Amended Complaint in Plavix Suit

PHOENIX - An Arizona federal judge has refused to allow a plaintiff in a Plavix injury case to file a second amended complaint following dismissal of her first amended complaint, ruling that she failed to plead her failure to warn and design defect claims with the requisite particularity.
