PHOENIX - An Arizona federal judge has refused to allow a plaintiff in a Plavix injury case to file a second amended complaint following dismissal of her first amended complaint, ruling that she failed to plead her failure to warn and design defect claims with the requisite particularity. Mills v. Bristol-Meyers Squibb Co., et al., No. 11-968 (D. Ariz.).
