TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey appellate court has affirmed summary judgment to Wyeth Inc. in two hormone replacement therapy cases, finding that the plaintiffs failed to provide evidence to rebut the assumption that the warning labels on three FDA-approved HRT drugs were adequate. Bailey v. Wyeth Inc., et al., Nos. A-6230-07T1 and A-6251-07T1 (N.J. App. Div.).
