NexGen MDL Judge Approves Plaintiffs' Lead Counsel, Steering Committee

CHICAGO - The federal judge overseeing the newly formed Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant MDL docket has approved plaintiffs' proposals for lead counsel and members of a Plaintiffs' Steering Committee despite opposition by defendants, who called the proposed leadership group too large and "inefficient."
