Calif. Pinnacle Plaintiff Withdraws Objections to Transfer to Federal MDL

DALLAS - A California plaintiff whose case was conditionally transferred to the Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL has withdrawn her opposition and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict litigation has lifted a stay to allow the transfer to proceed.
