ASR Plaintiffs Oppose Fact Sheet Questions on 3rd-Party Funding, Social Media

CLEVELAND - Counsel for plaintiffs' in the DePuy ASR hip implant MDL say that DePuy's proposed fact-sheet questions on third-party funding of litigation or social media postings are better left to discovery in individual cases. The Plaintiffs Steering Committee included its objections to DePuy's proposed fact sheets in a brief filed on Aug. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, where the ASR cases have been assigned.
