MILWAUKEE - A Wisconsin man has filed a lawsuit in federal court against Zimmer Inc., seeking damages for the expected replacement of a Durom Cup hip implant he says is defective. Grossman, et al. v. Zimmer Holdings, Inc., et al., No. 2:11-cv-00686-CNC (E.D. Wis.).

Barry L.
