Plaintiffs File Notices of Intent to Depose DePuy Representatives in September

CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs' liaison counsel in the coordinated ASR Hip Implant litigation has filed several notices alerting the MDL court of counsel's intent to depose representatives of DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. and DePuy International Ltd. in the coming weeks and ask for identities of employees and vendors and locations of documents or other communications that may be relevant to the litigation. In re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. ASR Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:10-md-2197-DAK (N.D. Ohio).

Counsel filed individual notices between Aug. 5 and 8 covering corporate representatives for the two DePuy defendants, marketing and third-party vendors, and electronically stored information.
