FORT WORTH, Texas - A Texas federal judge has remanded a pain pump injury case to state court, ruling that the Texas-based sellers of the pump were not improperly joined under Texas law because they allegedly "exercised substantial control over the content of a warning or instruction that accompanied" the device. Helm v. Moog Inc., et al., No. 4:11-109 (N.D. Texas).
