BATON ROUGE, La. - The plaintiffs involved in an Arava-related injury suit have filed a motion for an interlocutory appeal after the federal judge presiding over the case adopted a magistrate judge's report and recommendation stating the plaintiffs' motion for remand should be denied on grounds that the pharmacists who dispensed the drug cannot be found liable under Louisiana law.
