CLEVELAND - U.S. District Judge David A. Katz has issued nearly identical opinions in five Alabama cases transferred to the DePuy ASR Hip Implant MDL, ruling that remand for lack of diversity is not warranted because Alabama law does not support the claims against resident defendant sales representatives.
