More NexGen Knee Implant Plaintiffs Offer Suggestions for MDL Venue

WASHINGTON, D.C. - As expected, additional plaintiffs have suggested venues for the coordinated proceedings proposed for Zimmer NexGen knee implant lawsuits, with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California offered in the most recent filing. In re: Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2272 (JPML).

Plaintiffs who submitted briefs to the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation have also offered additional support for the Northern District of Illinois, which was suggested in the initial petition for creation of the Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant MDL.
