Parties Name Mediator in Missouri Trident System Implant Dispute

ST. LOUIS - Parties to a Trident System implant case in Missouri have named a mediator to assist court-ordered alternative dispute resolution in a lawsuit over alleged defects in a Trident System hip replacement device. Warren, et al. v. Howmedica Osteonics Corp., et al., No. 4:10-cv-1346-DDN (E.D. Mo.).

Plaintiff Pamela Warren and defendant Howmedica Osteonics Corp. notified the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri on May 27 that they have engaged Brendan Ryan of Aequitas to assist their efforts toward mediation/or early neutral evaluation, as ordered by the court.
