HACKENSACK, N.J. - The judge assigned to the coordinated DePuy ASR Hip Implants cases has issued an order outlining steps that should be taken to preserve explanted hip implant devices for examination by plaintiff and defense experts. In re DePuy ASR Hip Implants Litigation, No. 293 (N.J. Super. Ct., Law Div., Bergen Cty.).

Bergen County Superior Court Judge Brian R. Martinotti issued included the directive in a June 17 Case Management Order (No. 4).
