MINNEAPOLIS - A Minnesota federal judge has transferred a hormone replacement therapy action to California federal court, ruling that the convenience of the parties and the interests of justice favor transfer. Leibelt v. Wyeth, et al., No. 04-3108 (D. Minn.).
Judge Susan R. Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota noted that the events giving rise to the plaintiff's claims occurred in Illinois and some of the witnesses reside in Illinois, while none reside in Minnesota.
