CHICAGO - An Illinois federal judge has refused to dismiss most of the claims brought by a plaintiff who says his use of Trileptal caused him to develop Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, ruling that issues of fact exist as to the content of the drug's label and whether the drug maker's duty of disclosure applied to the plaintiff or to his prescribing physician.
