Court Dismisses Ga. Woman’s Warranty Claim Against Stryker for Lack of Privity

DUBLIN, Ga. — A federal judge has dismissed a breach of warranty claim against Stryker Corp., ruling that the plaintiff failed to show she was in privity with the company or that she was the intended beneficiary of product labels or promotional materials. Moore, et ux. v. Stryker Corp., et al., No. CV-312-014 (S.D. Ga.).
