ST. LOUIS - A Missouri federal judge has refused to grant the makers of Rituxan judgment on the pleadings in a wrongful death action, ruling that there is insufficient evidence at this stage in the litigation to determine whether the drug warnings provided to the deceased and her doctor were adequate. Puricelli, et al., v. Genetech Inc., et al., No. 10-1793 (E.D. Mo.).
