NEW ORLEANS- A federal judge in Louisiana has dismissed two cases against the manufacturers of products containing PPA, stating the plaintiffs' allegations of negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, and conspiracy are 'well outside' the scope of the state's Products Liability Act (LPLA).
