MACON, Ga. - A Georgia federal judge has refused to dismiss a pain patch wrongful death complaint, allowing negligent misrepresentation and breach of warranty claims to proceed to the extent that they do not allege that Mylan Inc. failed to provide the decedent with accurate or sufficient information regarding the use of the patches.
