Zimmer Denied Summary Judgment in Pain Pump Case

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A federal judge has allowed claims of negligence, negligent products liability and strict products liability to proceed against Zimmer U.S. Inc. in a pain pump case, ruling that the plaintiff established an issue of fact as to whether the manufacturer should have known of the risk of cartilage loss.
