MINNEAPOLIS - A Minnesota federal judge has transferred a Premarin breast cancer case to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, ruling that Minnesota has no connection to the suit. Fisher v. Wyeth, et al., No. 04-3107 (D. Minn.).
On Feb. 28, Judge David S. Doty of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota further ruled that judicial economy favors Maryland.
