Hearing Date Set for Application to Coordinate California DePuy Hip Implant Cases

SAN FRANCISCO - A motion to coordinate pending and future California state court cases alleging injury caused by the recalled DePuy ASR Hip Implant has been scheduled for March 1 in San Francisco. DePuy ASR Hip System Cases, JCCP No. 4649 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).

Judge Richard A. Kramer of San Francisco County Superior Court will hear the petition to coordinate approximately 40 hip implant cases that have been filed throughout the state since July 2010.
