Federal Judge Upholds $21.06 Million Verdict in Sulindac Case
CONCORD, N.H. - A $21.06 million verdict issued in favor of a sulindac plaintiff was not unreasonable and was supported by sufficient evidence, New Hampshire federal judge has ruled. Bartlett v. Mutual Pharmaceutical Company Inc., No. CV-08-358-JL (D. N.H.).
