NEW YORK - A woman who claims the painkiller Darvocet caused her to sustain various cardiovascular injuries has asked the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to transfer and consolidate all Darvocet/Darvon actions to Judge Jack B. Weinstein of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Esposito v. Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals Inc., No. 10-5737 (E.D. N.Y.).
