CLEVELAND - A federal judge has denied Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc.'s motion for summary judgment on Remicade injury claims, finding an issue of fact as to whether the drug's label warned of the risk of Remicade-induced non-infectious lung disease. DeGidio v. Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc., No. 09-721 (N.D. Ohio).
