DETROIT - A new suit involving a recalled hip implant has been filed against DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. and its parent company, Johnson & Johnson Services Inc., accusing them of misrepresenting the quality of the device to consumers while concealing its harmful effects, including loss of mobility and range of motion. Watts v. DePuy Orthopaedics Inc., et al., No. 10-14363 (E.D. Mich.).
