DePuy, J&J, Hit With New Hip Implant Suit in Michigan

DETROIT - A new suit involving a recalled hip implant has been filed against DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. and its parent company, Johnson & Johnson Services Inc., accusing them of misrepresenting the quality of the device to consumers while concealing its harmful effects, including loss of mobility and range of motion.
