NEW YORK - A federal appeals court has upheld an injunction that bars an Arizona attorney from disseminating confidential Zyprexa-related documents generated by Eli Lilly Co., affirming that he aided and abetted the violation of a protective order. Eli Lilly & Co. v. Gottstein, No. 07-1107 (2nd Cir.).
On Aug. 12, the 2nd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals rejected James B. Gottstein's position that the lower court erred in finding that the subpoenas he issued were part of a sham proceeding.
