RICHMOND, Va. - A Virginia federal judge has struck the depositions of the plaintiff and an expert in a Redux injury case, ruling that these additional depositions are unnecessary because medical documents provided to Wyeth Inc. can provide a sufficient update on the plaintiff's health status. Blanco v. Wyeth Inc., No. 3:10-33 (E.D. Va.).
