PHILADELPHIA - Plaintiffs in the Philadelphia state court PPA litigation have amended their complaint following orders issued in February on the defendant's first round of objections to the master long form complaint. In Re: Phenylpropanolamine Litigation, September Term, 2001, No. 001 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).

The Second Amended General Long-Form Complaint filed March 4 in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, reflects the changes, which were ordered by Judge Allen L. Tereshko on Feb. 5.

Amendments were made to four counts of the plaintiffs' first amended complaint, which was filed last November by those who claim they were injured …
