LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - An Arkansas federal judge has dismissed state law Reglan injury claims brought against Wyeth Inc. and Schwarz Pharma Inc. on the basis that they did not manufacture the Reglan or metoclopramide ingested by the plaintiff. Neal v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., et al., No. 09-1027 (W.D. Ark.).
