photo-4icTendic he basic role of the toxicologist in Baycol litigation will be to present to the court an opinion as to whether a particular plaintiff has suffered a toxic effect as the result of this drug. Naturally, the bases for arriving at such an opinion should be carefully scrutinized by the officers of the court.
