LOS ANGELES A comprehensive nationwide class action lawsuit has been filed in California against the manufacturers of some two dozen vaccines that contained the preservative Thimerosal as an ingredient. Shinsato v. Abbott Laboratories, et al., No. 02-01776 (C.D. Calif.)
The lawsuit, filed March 4 in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California was filed on behalf of all children in the United States who received thimerosal-containing vaccines, and their parents.
