Expert Did Not Show Link Between Seroquel and Diabetes, Court Affirms

ATLANTA - A federal appellate court has affirmed summary judgment for AstraZeneca in a Seroquel injury case, determining that the plaintiff failed to provide sufficient causation evidence linking the plaintiff's diabetes to the drug.
