ATLANTA - A federal appellate court has affirmed summary judgment for AstraZeneca in a Seroquel injury case, determining that the plaintiff failed to provide sufficient causation evidence linking the plaintiff's diabetes to the drug. Guinn v. AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, No. 09-11104 (11th Cir.).
