NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A Tennessee federal judge has refused to grant Pfizer Inc. and Warner-Lambert Co. summary judgment on claims of negligence, products liability, breach of implied warranties and fraudulent concealment brought by the widow of a man who killed himself after taking Neurontin. Smith v. Pfizer Inc., et al., No. 3:05-0444 (M.D. Tenn.).
