TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey federal judge has dismissed Wisconsin state-law fraud and negligent misrepresentation claims brought against Bristol Myers Squibb-Co. and Sanofi-Aventis U.S. Inc. in connection with their marketing and sale of the anti-blood clotting drug Plavix. Moscinski v. Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., et al., No. 06-6055 (D. N.J.).
