WASHINGTON, D.C.-Plaintiffs in a federal class action lawsuit filed against the manufacturers of the anti-depressant Serzone have submitted a petition before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation asking it to consolidate and transfer similar cases to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. In Re: Serzone Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1477 (JPMDL).
