WASHINGTON - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has granted a petition to consolidate claims in nine product liability cases against the manufacturers of the generic version of the osteoporosis drug Aredia. In re Pamidronate Products Liability Litigation, No. MDL 2120 (JPML).
