NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana woman, who claims she now suffers from increased liver enzymes as a result of ingesting Serzone, filed a lawsuit against the Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. alleging it failed to properly warn consumers of potential adverse reactions to the anti-depressant.
